Professional Services Engineer

Brief Description:
We are looking for a security-oriented Support Engineer to join our Professional Services (PS) Team to support our customers, understand their needs and help them to achieve their goals with our product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage PoC’s from start to finish with new customers
  • Provide day to day support to existing costumers
  • Work closely with internal Security/Dev/QA teams collaboration on initiatives and improve their Efficiency

Key Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure – AD & O365 – A Must
  • Advanced knowledge with Linux – Red-hat/Centos – A Must
  • At least 1-year experience in a Professional Services/Customer Support role – A Must
  • Experience with Cloud & On-premise infrastructures: VMware/Hyper-V/AWS/Azure – A Must
  • Vast knowledge with market leading security products – Advantage
  • Good troubleshooting experience – A Must
  • Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL DB’s – Advantage
  • Experience with Scriptwriting – Advantage
  • Knowledge with application & web servers (e.g. Jboss or Wildfly,) – Advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Experience of 9-10 years within a large entity, in the IT sector- A Must
  • Experienced Team Player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English – A Must
  • High level interpersonal communication
  • Ability to think “Out of the box”
  • Ability to write technical documents.
  • Ability to learn and work independently and in the team
  • Willingness to work in flexible hours – from Office/Home
  • Willingness to travel abroad
